Sony Ericsson has announced that its new T707 mobile phone operates like a "magic wand".
The sleek handset uses the latest sensory technology and can be operated by the wave of a hand across the screen, according to the manufacturer.
Tennis star Maria Sharapova launched the phone last week, commenting that it is her "ultimate new accessory" because she is always on the move.
"I need a phone that is easy to use - and of course chic as well. It's great to have a phone that looks good, but also lets me keep up to date," she said.
Other features of the phone include Bluetooth audio streaming, the Playnow download service and an FM radio.
The manufacturer teamed up with Sharapova's counterparts Venus Williams and Andy Murray at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami last week, which saw the pair have a rally whilst stood on two cars stuck in traffic in the city.
